Understanding and Interpreting ISO 9001:2015

COURSE DURATION: Sixteen hours delivered over two (2) days.

COURSE COST: $36,000 per person + GCT

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This two days workshop will provide participants with the understanding and interpretation of the clauses of the new ISO 9001 standard and also will provide guidance for documenation, implementation and maintainance of the Quality Mangement system.

COURSE OBJECTIVE:

• To provide a training program which fulfills the training needs for individuals requiring to assist in the development of management system documentation for a quality management system intended to be in conformity with ISO 9001:2015

• To provide training in the principles of Management systems

•  To provide training in the principles, concepts and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 series of the standard.

• To provide training which fulfills the training needs for individuals and organizations wishing to understand how to process-map a management system based on ISO 9001:2015 in a business-friendly, structured manner;

• To ensure that individual questions receive the most thorough attention possible within the time constraints of the syllabus

• To ensure that delegates receive an adequate understanding of the current version of ISO 9001:2015 Standard

COURSE OUTLINE:         

TRAINING PROCESS:

• Lectures — you listen and learn about the standard, and the skills and techniques of the auditor

• Questions — you ask them; of the trainer and of each other. There is no such thing as a dumb question!

• Workshops — you participate in the process, apply the lessons taught and practice the skills learned.

TRAINING TIME:

• Registration begins @ 8:30 a.m.

• Training starts each day @ 9 a.m.

• Morning coffee break @ 10:30 a.m.

• Lunch for 1 hour @ 12:30p.m

N.B.:   Full attendance of all participants is required. A certificate of attendance or achievement will be issued within 30 days of training activity
