Description: This two-day workshop will provide the participants with an understanding of the HACCP system and the general auditing requirements and process. This course will add value to your organization by ensuring that the critical control points are identified and adequately audited, in accordance with the stated standard - ISO 19011:2002 - and the system approach.
Course Objectives:
To provide a training program which fulfills the needs of individuals required to assist in the development and maintenance of a robust Food Safe Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) System, which is in accordance to the 7 prerequisite steps
To provide training in the principles, concepts and requirements of auditing of a Management System
To provide a training program which fulfills the training needs for individuals requiring to perform internal audits on management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011:2002
Learning Objectives:
After completing the course participants should be able to:
Understand the role of a HACCP audit team
Learn how to conduct a HACCP audit from the beginning to completion
Gain knowledge on how to document non-compliances and generate a HACCP audit report
Understand the basic concepts and methodology of HACCP
