COURSE DURATION: One (1) day
COURSE COST: $36,000.00 per person + GCT
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This one-day training course will provide participants who intend to perform internal quality audits with the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct an audit of a company’s management system and thus be be able to contribute to continual improvement of the company’s management system.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Explain the objectives and benefits of internal auditing
Know the required competences and personal attributes of an auditor
Distinguish between the major types of audits
Apply the principles of auditing
Apply the tools and techniques for auditing
Explain the audit cycle and elements of internal auditing
Gain the requisite knowledge to conduct an internal audit

TRAINING PROCESS:
Lectures — you listen and learn about the standard, and the skills and techniques of the auditor
Questions — you ask them; of the trainer and of each other. There is no such thing as a dumb question!
Workshops — you participate in the process, apply the lessons taught and practice the skills learned.
TRAINING TIME:
Registration begins @ 8:30 a.m.
Training starts @ 9:00 a.m.
Morning coffee break @ 10:30 a.m.
Lunch for 1 hour @ 12:30p.m
N.B.: Full attendance of all participants is required. A certificate of attendance or achievement will be issued within 30 days of training activity
