The Governance National Mirror Committee (NMC) actively mirrors the work of ISO/TC 309 Governance of Organizations and ensures Jamaica is adequately represented in the development of international governance standards. ISO/TC 309 facilitates standardisation in the field of governance relating to aspects of direction, control and accountability of organizations.  Members have been actively participating in ISO working group focusing on standards relating to whistleblowing, compliance management Systems, anti-bribery management systems, efficiency measurements, governance maturity models and internal investigation.

The NMC recently facilitated the adoption of ISO 37001: 2016 Anti-bribery Management System: Requirements with guidance for use as a Jamaican Standard.
