The scope of ISO/TC 93 is the standardization of the terminology, methods of analysis, specifications and examination of starch. The field of activity covers (i) native starch, i.e., starch in its natural, unmodified state extracted from agricultural produce, (ii) starch which has been chemically or physically modified to produce, e.g., starch derivatives such as sorbitol, dextrins, isoglucose and glucose syrups, and (iii) starch by-products including glutens. a) Revision of Strategic Business Plan. b) NWIP form 4 for Determination of nitrogen content in starch using Kjedahl method – Spectrophotometric method. c) Starch Acetates – Specifications and test methods. d) High Fructose Syrup- Specifications and test methods |
